(a) Data you give us through the contact / "Configure your space" form: your name, email, phone number, the "I am a…" role you select, your project timeframe, your indicative budget and any message you send.

(b) Booking data if you schedule a visit through our Calendly link.

(c) Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, and usage data via cookies.

To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal, consultation or quote (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); to run, protect and improve our business and website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); and, for non-essential cookies, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We do not sell your data. Your form is delivered to us (info@younix.it) through Web3Forms; our website is hosted on Lovable; visit bookings are handled by Calendly. These providers act as our processors and only process data to provide their service. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area is protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep your data only as long as necessary to handle your request and to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted.

Under the GDPR you may access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it). To exercise any right, email info@younix.it.
